The staff is very friendly and there is a nice calming outdoor space. Breakfast is only during the weekend though. You can get coffee. You need to order things ahead of time for your room. Pots pans bowls plates etc. No housekeeping for our Saturday night to Sunday.

We were planning to arrive on 8/8/2024, but that morning we were hit with unexpected crazy amounts of rain and high winds. Despite that we decided to take the 3 hour trip because my fiancé is a truck driver so he’s very experienced with such conditions, and because it was our son’s 7th birthday and had plans to celebrate. About 90 minutes in we were rear ended by a driver going very fast and ended up sliding into another car in the rain. Our car was totaled but luckily everyone came out alive with minor injuries. After going to the hospital and making sure everyone was alright we contacted the property. We spoke with a woman who claimed to be the manager, I do not remember her name but it was the morning of 8/8/24. We explained the wild and unfortunate situation and that we had plans to celebrate my son’s birthday. She seemed very understanding and sympathetic, after checking our reservation information she explained that since we booked through Expedia we had to go through them to process the refund and that they would absolutely approve it on their end. She assured us that when Expedia reached out to them the refund would be approved. We thanked her and expeditiously contacted Expedia to start the process and even explained the situation to them& that we spoke to a manager& she assured us that the refund would be approved. Expedia thencontacts them& comes back to us and says that after multiple tried they were unable to get approval for the refund from the property manager.

While check in was a breeze and everyone was lovely, our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. The room and decor were old except the bathroom and kitchen which have been remodeled. The carpet, wallpaper and couch have seen better days. Noisy in front of hotel.

I thought I was getting a room with two bed but it was a deluxe suite with one queen bed and a sofa bed. The room was clean for the most part and the full refrigerator and kitchenette was good. The water pressure in the bedroom was great and the water temp was great. Expedia has check out time at 12pm but the hotel says check out is 11am. That’s a huge issue.

We stayed for a sporting event. We booked a two night stay and cut it short by a day after we seen multiple cockroaches in our room! We did not get any reimbursement for checking out a day early. There also was no one working at the front desk for hours the evening we checked out. We tried calling and no answer, doers were shut to the office and lights were out we waited several hours and no one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I asked during checkin that the room was a no pet allow room and he confirm yes. Based on smell and condition of furniture it was not. My wife could not stay there. we cancel and left.

Booked hotel at this location specifically for the OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL. Pool clearly advertised and photos shown of outside pool. Upon arrival, I looked for the pool. I see that it is a big empty "Dry" hole that would not serve as a pool. We did not check in to the hotel and we had Expedia intervene to assist in locating suitable Hotel accomodations elsewhere that did not misrepresent their hotel amenities. This created a very stressful situation very late evening. If I hadn't a severely broken/ fractured foot & Ankle the outdoor pool wouldn't have been THAT big of a deal breaker maybe. But, I'm not keen on misrepresentation in any form. Expedia nailed it in assisting to relocate us for a 2 night stay . Thanks Expedia.
