Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Area was quiet and safe. On site parking was convenient. Walkable to cafes and pubs. After a little hiccup with check in we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

Location is superb. Beds were disgraceful. Sofa beds disgraceful. I booked 1 room for 2 x adults and 3 children (1 x Queen bed 1 x double fold out) doesn't fit 5 people. Lucky I booked another room due to another daughter coming to Wagga. Again, awful beds. Spa was out and weathered. All in all, disappointing stay.

We booked Economy Family Quadruple Room 2 queen bed, however our room had
1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed.
As we arrived after 9pm no one was at the reception and couldn’t do anything.
When I booked I knew 1 queen bed with sofa bed was a cheaper option but as I knew that we can’t sleep well on the sofa bed we paid more to have 2 queen bed.
Also the fridge kept making loud noise and we couldn’t sleep so we had to turn it off.

Handy location for overnight stay. Air conditioner didn't work well so the room was cold. The cleanliness wasn't the best either with body hair left in the bathroom. Loud thumping sound all night possibly other air conditioners.

We liked the room and bathroom was really spacious and clean. For the price we would have chosen differently though knowing the pillows were so terrible to sleep on. Sofa bed slab broken and no extras in the room thats including sheets, blankets and towels and no body wash. Not bad overall however for the price, they could do better.

The shower in the Spa is a safety hazard, slippery and hard to access.

Nice stroll to town centre from motel. There’s a fantastic local goods store a few doors up towards the bridge. Great place to stay.
