Finding the room was a bit challenging, all the receptionist said was ‘you’re up one flight of stairs.’ There is no elevator and when you go up the flight of stairs you’re led through a door to a shared balcony with chairs. It would have been nice to know that you enter through a balcony door AND that the room numbers were on small placards above the sliding door.
The beds were unfortunately not comfortable and neither were the pillows. The pillows were cheap, something you would find for a few bucks at a department store. But the room was clean and acceptable for our one night stay. The view and location were great.

The room was fine overall but noise was an issue. We were on the first floor and heard every step and word from the people in the room above, and in addition the wall heating unit was quite loud. It would trouble me less if the nightly price was on the cheap side, but for $350+ for the night, I expect a more soundproof experience.

We had a room 9n the first floor , and while the occupant in the room upstairs was likely not and elephant it sure sounded like it. In fairness to the hotel, like most ilder hotels in the area , the floors are creaky and sound proofing could be better. Location of the hotel is fantastic and youll likely not spend much time in your room .

The property is old but well maintained. The location is amazing they do provide parking which is huge . The only concern I have is the room rates are very high. Of your ok with the rates you will enjoy it

I was missing clothing, I didn’t think anything of it, but when I saw my housekeeper, I asked her if she could keep an eye out for it as maybe it got mixed up with towels, even though it was clean, and I had it folded on the nightstand. She approached me later and told me that the laundry had seen it, but threw it out. I asked her why they would throw it out and she said because the laundry didn’t know where the lost and found was. I found this all suspicious so I contacted the manager. The manager looked into it and called me back and said that I misunderstood the housekeeper they never saw my things I said, I didn’t misunderstand the housekeeper I had a witness and she told me several times that they had thrown it out. So, basically, the manager called me a liar and told me to enjoy the rest of my trip. This was so offputting and I couldn’t believe it. I never would have contacted the manager if the housekeeper hadn’t came back to me to tell me they threw it out. Mind you it was something that was folded on the nightstand, and I knew there was no way that it would be mixed up with towels or sheets. After I told them this, they never came to clean my room or bring me towels. I wouldn’t expect anything to be missing. Very disappointed in the management not doing anything or even trying to offer a resolution. They simply said enjoy the rest of your trip.

The room had a great space and an amazing view! The bathroom was a great size and my kids loved the tv in the shower! The shower pressure was fantastic and the beds were so comfortable! Great location, beachfront and easy walk to town!

A bit of a hassle before we got checked in, be nice to access your room before 4:00 PM plus third floor for a person with walking issues was troubling . some sort of elevator would be most helpful . Otherwise, it was a nice stay and good choice for two seniors.

We spent a single, joy-filled night at the Norseman Resort. The resort is undergoing renovations, but we were not inconvenienced by the construction at all. We were in one of the newly renovated rooms and loved the simple furnishings, comfortable beds, and great new shower!
Our favorite part of the stay was walking out of the room and onto the soft sand beach. I sat on the lounger out slide the room until late into the night listening to the waves, and rose early the next morning to watch the sun rise over high tide. It was delightful.
