I was a nice room for what I needed, just an overnight stay for a short trip.

I asked for coffee service after my first night but not only did I not receive it the coffee machine was broken the next morning. The staff was very helpful however.

Had to be put in a diffrent room half way through our stay due to a water leave. Was a downgraded room. The hotel is rundown & need remodeled. Lots of wear & tear. Fairly clean but dirt & buildup in corners. TV didnt work.

From the recently recoated asphalt parking lot and newly painted stripes, our experience went downhill. The advertised hot tub has been permanently covered over; overall the facility is in rough shape; bedding was... questionable; and the breakfast was on the meager side.

Barefoot on carpet made feet blackish. Breakfast good and bad depending on clerk. One slept on couch. Last day coated parking lot made it inconvenient to load luggage. Indian couple franchise owners. One day he burned incense. Not what wanted in a motel I’m in.

A/C unit was very loud. Room door was hard to close, had to pick up on it to close and lock. The hardware was wore out. Toilet seat was very unstable.

Hotel was falling apart. Plug ins didn’t work things were falling off walls. Paint peeling, rotting spots on walls. Wasn’t the worst but way below average.

Physical condition of property needs some TLC. Outdated amenities and lack of concern by staff to keep public areas clean and tidy. Some additional training by good customer service professionals would be helpful.

Location good, Continental Breakfast was great. Day attendant at front desk on Aug 18th was awesome. Things unpleasant: vanity light in bathroom not working. Toilet seat was loose. Carpets in rooms could use a shampooing more frequently.

We like to go and be able to relax, being able to relax in the hot tub and enjoy our time, but were unable too. The internet was out so we couldnt complete or make payment at the time of checking in.
The staff was polite and considerate of our concerns, but disappointed that again the hot tub was still not working.

Place was very dirty in the halls, room was dirty the tables we all moved like 4-5 inches away from the walls and were nasty behind them. People were yelling and fighting in the halls at 330am. The shower was GROSS.
