I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, several years, nothing has been updated, this hotel can add a coffee machine to each room. New carpet should be install.

We were in town for a family event and spent two nights at Sure Hotel by Best Western Hilden-Duesseldorf. We had a great stay! The hotel is located near the quaint downtown area. We caught the S-Bahn to Düsseldorf from Hilden Süd which was about a 15 min walk. Check-in was quick and easy and the hotel staff was very friendly. Our rooms very extremely comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which offered a variety of food options for every family member. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were in town for a family event and spent two nights at Sure Hotel by Best Western Hilden-Duesseldorf. We had a great stay! The hotel is located near the quaint downtown area. Staff was at times very unprofessional. We waited hours for our drinks and food, even though there were only a handful of guests at the bar/restaurant. Some of the staff seemed very inexperienced and one even private made prive phone calls while working.

Room was rather tight and small, bedding is o.k. but less comfortable than other 4* hotel (and a bit cold during winter with open windows). Mattress was good.
Breakfast as well o.k., but not enough seating.
In general o.k., would stay there again, but not first choice.

Parking costs extra either in the hotel garage, or if it is full, in the nearby parking garage. The hotel is right by the beautiful, friendly pedestrian center of Hilden, absolutely worth seeing by all means!! The hotel dining room with free breakfast is memorable and quaint --- do not miss that.

The location, staff and room were all good. But I stayed during summer and the room was extremely hot which made relaxing in the room or sleeping very difficult. I would not stay here again in summer, maybe at other times of the year.

I've heard there are better rooms in this hotel, but I didn't get one. Single twin bed, tiny room. Thin walls, no air conditioning for white noise, so you can hear every movement in other rooms, hallway, and the stairs.
