Rooms need serious, serious renovation. Was changed rooms 3 x. Staff were amazing. Rooms smell damp, toxic and look and feel old, well at least the bottom 3 floors. So many ppl complained. Pool area was nice but I didnt get to use it. Food nice.

This hotel suffers from severe deferred maintenance. The staff is very helpful but they have to work around rooms with no hot water, leaking showers, dripping faucets and bathrooms without towel hangers or hooks. They had to move us 4 times because of these problems. We are pretty sure they knew about the issues beforehand and just tried to play a shell game during their busy season. What maintenance work gets done seems to be done from 8 to 11 at night in the pool area / central courtyard, which is loud and unsettling. When we were in the room leaking water (and we used all the towels to prevent the water from seeping into the carpet in the bedroom) the staff balked at moving us and took forever replacing the towels. Expedia intervened at our request and got us moved.

My time spent at the Hilton was relaxing as always!! I do recommend for the Hilton,clean rooms,very friendly staff. Grifton & Sade’ were fantastic bartenders,making sure we were taken care of at all times. :-)
