Exceptional service and so well maintained. The food safe to eat. We got sick from seafood elsewhere and they had medicine for us and helped us so much. I would highly recommend this resort!

What a gem! Hotel employees went the extra mile to provide a great stay! They helped me coronate transportation to and from the airport as well as the boat trip. Property location is beautiful and the resort grounds are wonderful. Breakfast is great! My only (slight) complaint was the Happy Hour sign was still out at the bar when it was actually past Happy Hourso I assumed it was still during that time but it was not. Regardless would easily recommend and return to this wonderful place.

Cadlao was so perfect. Really quiet and beautiful resort right on the beach with an amazing view of Cadlao Island. The staff were friendly. The food at the restaurant was quite good as well.

The staff was helpful, we were able to get everything we needed at the resort including information about how we can sign up for the popular tours. Our room was comfortable right next to the pool and we enjoyed our view from the room of the ocean and Cadlao island

Cadlao was a welcome oasis after weeks of hard travel. Everyone from the front desk staff to our server Monica in the restaurant provided the most professional customer service conceivable. Free shuttle into the busy little town 24hr a day. Included breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. Must try the coffee jello! Dinner specials changed every night and the presentation and preparation was flawless. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, hot water and strong AC. Can't ask for more. In fact, we changed our travel plans to stay two extra days at Cadlao -- it was that great.

The hotel staff is lovely, courteous, and pleasant. However, the internet is unbearable and non-functional. The room is nice but basic, definitely not a five-star experience, perhaps a four at best. Overall, it's pleasant but nothing more than that. The food is exceedingly expensive and doesn't really justify the asking price.

The massage were add bonus. The property was beautiful and breakfast was provided was excellent. Staff was willing to go the extra mile. Happy hour was great and dinning was fantastic.

We arrived very late due to a delayed flight but immediately from check in until check out we were amazed by the wonderful service we received. The property itself is beautiful with 3 amazing pools to use and a beautiful view of Cadlao Island. El Nido town is walking distance but the resort offers free pick up and drop off from the resort to the town, making it convenient to explore the area. Rooms were cleaned daily. We planned our tour ahead of time, but the front desk staff is efficient where you can book and activity day of, if there’s availability. We enjoyed our breakfast views and wonderful staff that was very attentive to our needs, especially Amiel, Marie, and Kiara!! 10/10 would recommend!

All staff members are courteous and with good customer service. The food was great too! I enjoyed riding the toktok to and from the town plaza. The transportation is 24/7 as well as customer service. Will come back.

We checked into this hotel and stayed in the third section with the third pool and it was an amazing room and a very calm and low-key swimming pool. We were staying there for several days and then upgraded to an oceanfront Villa with the most amazing view and in front of the middle pool which was more popular. One of our flights was canceled and we had to stay one more night which was 6 in total and we stayed in a garden view room and that was just as nice. The resort was very nice, they have a trike that can take you almost to town and can pick you up as well. It's a nice walk. If you don't want to take the trike. They have a good breakfast. We stayed in a poolside cottage and it was worth every penny. The customer service was top-tier, everyone was so friendly and so attentive. The resort a little off-ways from the town but still within walking distance (10-15 min) OR they offer a free tuk-tuk service to Bring you closer to the town (5 min walk from checkpoint) - you can also call them to bring you back :) The free breakfast was amazing and the views from the resort of Cadlao Island was mesmerizing. All in all we had a great stay and it was the perfect place to bring my boyfriend to experience the “island life” for the first time! 10/10 would come back.

Stayed here for 4 nights and found it a relaxing place to stay. With pools being in separate areas it meant the guests were spread out and didn't feel crowded. The location was quiet and was only a 10-15 walk into El Nido town. When we didn't feel like heading out the restaurant dining options were quiet reasonable and tasty too. The massage was excellent too

The property is excellent. I taken some score on cleanliness as the pools felt a bit dirty at times. The staff was generally friendly although I have to take some score out as they made some jokes that I found inappropriate. I appreciated the tuk tuk complimentary service to town and the views were excellent.
