The Hotel is under new management. Rather than fix the entry the room cleanliness needs a lot of work. The bed skirts were stained. The comforter was stained too.

This was a great place to stay. They did have some renovations going on and so the pool was out but was okay for us cause we were just there to sleep. Check in was easy and the staff were very nice!

The owners were very nice. Multiple things were broken in our room. Sink faucet, shower head, toilet seat all broken. Breakfast room had no fruit, no peanut butter for toast, no oatmeal packets. Overall our room should not have been offered for people to stay in.

‘Breakfast’ options were extremely limited. Building and room is in-process of renovations. Just won’t stay here again.

This property is quite run down. My feet were dirty from the bathroom floor. Breakfast was very processed and no variety. Small TV and no cable. It was doable, but typical of the low room rate.

Holes in ceiling from unfinished construction. Awoken by construction electric saw outside our window at 8:30am on Sunday morning. Dirty mirrors and mildew in toilet and bathtub drain. So gross.

It was very dirty. The mirrors had streaks all over them. The toilet seat was broken and it struggled to flush. We were leaving the room at one point and we saw a room where the toilet had overflowed and there was an enormous puddle on the carpet right outside the room. Disgusting. When we checked in, the man never told me about the available breakfast (which I would never have tried anyway as it looked filthy) When we checked out, the woman behind the counter never said hello or, more importantly, how was your stay? Probably because she knew what I would say. We only stayed there because it was close to the University but in retrospect, i would accept the inconvenience of being farther away. Two nights in this disgusting place cost me close to $900. NEVER AGAIN

The property has seen better days. They are doing a massive renovation to the common areas (looks nice), but I did not see any work on the guest rooms themselves. The pool is closed for construction, the fitness room is closed as well. Fixtures in my room were old and in poor repair.
