The property is fine. We had booked a triple room. We were told before we arrived that we had been upgraded. However, after paying ( for the triple) we were taken out to the parking lot and shown to a just-built addition that smelled of sawdust, was miniscule, and asphyxiating. No air circulation at all. We had to go back and get uor room changed - which they did, to the original triple. But why tell us we had an upgrade then put us in a shed in the parking lot?

Super NOISY!! I stayed in a room in min floor and was super NOISY. All the time people is walking outside and talking Voices, cars& walking sounds last l night long. Windows ar very thin an not sealed, so noise goes through.

Great small hotel. Perfect for one night. Price was a priority and we were amazed by the cleanliness and friendly service. Our window was by the street but noise was tolerable.

Great location! Has it’s own parking and you can walk to the most important areas in downtown Tapalpa.

Very nice place to stay, very close to la plaza, very clean, perfect location, and very fast to check in.

I would rate the hotel as 8.5 . Bed was a little hard but then I have a gel mattress.

It was clean but the water pressure was iffy and even though they say they have a cafe it isn’t open and not even offering coffee in the mornings

Good situation in the centre of town. A new roof was being put on , so noise from builders. No breakfast was offered. Very basic room which was under the terrace so heard people above walking around. Would recommend asking for a room overlooking the inner courtyard

Good is close to the town noisy the outside light is intense so the room is too bright and no help to rest

Great place, clean, close to the square, the upstairs rooms on the street have a little balcony . Only thing to work on is the sheets were the double size on the queen.... simple thing, but it made sleeping less comfortable.

Old in need of updating. Rooms are very small and need basic maintenance. The bathroom mirror fell off the wall while my son was showering. Only two outlets that worked in the room.
