The room smelled like mold. Lights didnt work. Toilet paper was almost off. Room Service didnt answer.. Not recommend..

Every room has Sea view - this view is way better than some of the expensive hotels on Marine Drive.
Reasonably priced hotel with sea view worth waking up to. Clean and decent sized rooms with functional bathroom.
Friendly staff who go the extra mile to offer great service.
Lots of food options within walking distance.

I am really disappointed. They have changed extra 1000 amount for the breakfast. But i have paid early. Really bad.

Pleasant hotel. Bit far from attractions of Colombo. View from roof bar is lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. This is my 2nd stay with Ocean, in a room with the ocean-view. Room & the bathroom are well kept; very clean. You can have dinner even late at night in the ground floor restaurant. Service staff & the chef are very friendly with a very cheerful smiles. Service staff always make sure you are not hungry. I never experienced this much hospitality anywhere in the world.

Our stay here was lovely, and the views were great. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time, helping us organise rides and tickets to events. The rooftop bar was closed for refurbishment while we were there so we didn't get to see it, but everything else was wonderful.

This is nice hotel. With very good price options. I would say some of staff were really good. But there are some just not willing to help at all. I asked where is the nearest Coffee Cafe is and the hotel staff replied "can have coffee in the hotel" I said no wheer is the nearest cafe and the he said " Google it"
