We had left during the day and arrived at 10;30 at night and our keys no longer worked. Went down from 3rd floor to get new keys. New keys don't work. Back down again. New set made and desk clerk came with me. 3rd set of keys still did not work. The only way to unlock our door was his master key. If we wanted to go out, We would have to ask the desk to let us into our own room

This place was nice and would be great for anyone that likes to sleep on rock hard beds. I did not do anything in the motel other than stay in my room. The room was nice, the shower was so hot and had great pressure it was wonderful. Only thing I wish for was a softer bed after a long day of traveling.

That smell did disappear after about a day. The bathroom vent in our room was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. The door to the bathroom a mess. It had not been painted. It looked like it was half primed. And the toilet handle was not the proper one for that toilet and you had to use all your strength to flush it. Also, the air conditioner that was in the top of the was extremely noisy. This used to be the best hotel ever and I am just so disappointed.

The hotel is clean and well-kept. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast is above average quality. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable with unique comfortable decorations. The steps were carpeted and had sitting areas at the landings. There is a nice elevator too. Would like to stay again longer to explore more.

very nice room at a fair price. The property was different than a typical motel, as It appears to have been added on to a historic looking mansion. Perfect location to explore the region and or hit the lake beaches.
