The staff was really nice and the room super clean. Bed was comfortable. However, the hotel was full of construction workers from out of the area which made me very uncomfortable. A lot of men were loitering in their trucks and around the property. It looked like maybe they live there while they are on a specific job. I didn’t feel comfortable being outside my room while I was there.

Perfect 10 wouldbe if King bed offered, and nightstand on both sides. Plenty of room to accommodate.

Only 2 things that we wished it could have had was a continental breakfast and a pool but it was better than we were expecting. Would stay again.

The hotel was very accommodating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the AC was noisy and blew the cold air directly onto the bed.

For the price of one room for one night, I would never stay here again.. ever. So many nice places around and I'm sure the cost would have been the same. If I could have canceled for free I would have and found a better place for the night. Felt more like a $89.00 hotel room.I've never seen a hotel put together so unfinished and just slapped together. The outside looks really nice and new. Very deceiving pictures.

The hotel was good for our purposes. We were close to the airport for an early morning flight. The building overall had a worn look, the walls had damage that was poorly repaired, the kitchen area was scuffed.

The hotel staff was great. The area is fine. Finding the hotel was simple. There was a nice kitchenette in the room.
The room we received had some issues. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. The only ice machine available is a regular refrigerator ice maker, that you have to turn on upon entering the room. Of course, our ice maker didn't work either. So we were in a warm room, with zero ice. Even if the ice maker had worked, you would be waiting 2-4 hours for what, 8 cubes? Doesn't cut it for four people.
At check out, we informed them of the a/c and ice maker situation. No partial refund, just an, "awe, thats too bad". You would think paying over $250 a night, they could have done something, but they chose to do absolutely nothing.
In the future, I will positively AVOID every My Place Hotel.

All was overall good. Comfortable beds, clean with kitchenette. We could not connect properly to the internet which was disappointing. No one was there when we went to the desk to ask for help.

My Place had flood and stated they moved us to another hotel. Upon arriving, that hotel told us to go to another hotel. Very poor communications
