We had a great stay and was perfect for what we needed, being in town for a doctor's appt the next day. Mike at the front desk was not only kind, friendly and understanding but went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! Would definitely visit again in the future.

First time to New York and the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The area around the hotel wasn’t great, but never felt unsafe and just used common sense. We would definitely stay here again.

First, when I walked in the room, Checked the whole room and found leftover chipotle in the microwave, The small refrigerator smell like something was spoiled left an odor. Front desk not friendly. The only thing was the comfortable beds.

Good hotel close to MetLife Stadium. Around 40min walk (the walk in an adventure). Hotel should provide shuttle.

TV did not work in our room. 3 or 4 different people came to fix it and it would work for 5 or 10 minutes and then go out again. They couldn't give us a different room because they were sold out. They offered us over the phone in our room 25% off and I accepted. We went to check out and the worker would not even talk to me about the discount I had agreed to and said the manager would call me. Guess what, no phone call.

Overwhelming smell of Marijuana on the floor our room was on and in the elevators. The staff did spray to remove odor but it was very unpleasant and triggered my asthma. Would suggest locating smoking rooms to one area of the hotel to avoid people who do not smoke from being subjected to the odor and smoke.

I chose this location for it's proximity to Big Snow at American Dream. Only 5 minutes away so that was great. I really liked the room but the carpet was a little tired. Will return for my ski vacation in July!
