Even though my booking was confirmed on this app, the hotel had no record. Fortunately they had a vacant room and matched the rate that (I thought) I’d originally booked for.

Was in town for a wedding traveled from Ohio. My stay was great everyone was very friendly our room was very clean. Very happy with our stay.

The concierge at the front desk was very helpful. She gave me directions to some different stores I was looking for and helped me with the tv.

There was a mix of longer stay and Vol fans in the hotel that were totally out of control. The front desk was not up to the job of managing the situation and my guests were up all night. I paid for two rooms for my out of town family and when I requested some adjustment to the bill was informed that this could only be done by Hotels.com. Hotels contacted the hotel and after several rounds of finger pointing I decided to stand down. As convenient as it is to Maryville I won’t be considering hosting anyone again.

To start with The Lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing, she was awesome checking us in and also gave some great ideas on where to eat.. the bed was really comfortable. and slept great

Outstanding hotel and excellent value. Stayed at 10 hotels at 8 different states with the same price point and this hotel was in the best condition. Cleanest room I've been to in all 10 days. Would definitely book again.

We were given a handicap room, so we were not able to shower as it was so low to the ground, their were wet used towels left in the shower. The sheets had dried blood and boogers on them, and our room/hallway smelled like straight cigarettes. Did not sleep under the blanket as were still very dirty and smelled.

We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years when travelling to the area. The location is convenient for most amenities we required. Unfortunately i did have a mishap with my vehicle while being parked theor unattended, but the manager (Ashley) was very helpful and did offer alternatives for me. Overall when travelling to this area it is a location I'd recommend.

Several hotels in area (even highter priced) near airport are situated near areas of transient traffic etc. and do not feel secure. This hotel is well maintained and in quiet area, also very near several steak houses and a grocery etc. (Yet it is far enough from airport that you are not awakened by jet engines at take-off in early morning!) Bed was extremely comfy and although breakfast was "basic," it was sufficient, warm and in line with the amount charged for cost of stay. The rooms are decently modern - only items to note is the bathroom tub/commode area is somewhat small and room may a bit "sterile" rather then "homey" due to vinyl (vs carpeted) flooring. Front desk was polite and efficient at check-in with both myself and others... Good deal for the money!

My only complaint was that our room smelled a bit musky, but it has been very humid in the south and the AC was probably not run in the empty room for some time. Every thing else was great.

Everything was very nice. I love how tucked in and private it was. So friendly, all the staff. Ashley with maid service was so sweet and helpful.
