There was a cockroach in the bathroom.
At first we were given a room which had smoky smelling, but then they changed the room after I requested it.
The overall condition was similar to that of Motel 6.

First of all I want to stay this is the worse experience I ever had in my entire traveling time. We had 2 rooms booked Thursday-Sunday. We were on the road Thursday expecting a 5 hour drive from sacramento to LA, unfortunately we had an accident my front tire popped at 80mph, it was bad we couldn’t drive so we had to wait for a new tire to be placed. That gave us roughly 2 hours delay. We got to the hotel trying to check in around 12ish and this older Asian man yelling at us very rude, I tried explaining our situation but he did not care he was just being rude. We were so tired we were not willing to look for another hotel or drive around. We had to wake up early to visit universal studios the following day. If I had enough time I would cancel by all means there is no way someone is running a business and has no compassion for customers. They area is bad a lot of things going on. The rooms need more ventilation. Overall I rate this hotel a 0.. don’t let this man treat you this way if you ever go here

There wasn't a microwave and no God damn shampoo dirty towels . Front door didn't lock. I had to pay for ice. At Machine.

The location was in a rundown part of town and did not feel safe. No secure parking, lock on the room door were not in good condition. Several random peoples haging around around the parking area. Very noisy all night. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or engaging. I would not stay there again.

Once in a while you get those that have no respect for their fellow neighbors and are very loud at midnight to two in the morning, (music, talking very loud, stomping)
