There was no one at the front desk for over an hour. Have videos. Had to find another hotel in a very bad area. Further service unresponsive and still haven’t gotten my refund. Will be elevating the issue.

Had to switch rooms due to smell! Not enough towels and front desk had no extras! Bedding was dirty and had to get room recleaned!

A home away from home. Nothing to complain about this hotel. The staff are super friendly and the rooms super comfortable. We will definitely return.

Front desk was very pleasant and professional. One of the rooms had a leak from the refrigerator lots of water on the floor the next morning. The clerk was concerned and said she would talk to management about getting a compensation for the leak.
Will stay again next time we are in town.

The bed felt like a brick. The pillows felt like they were from Dollar General. The internet was open and we couldn’t get a reliable internet connection at all. The room keys deactivated every morning at 11 AM, so after a three day stay, this become really annoying. We were on the second floor with no elevator. Not a good stay.

The service was nonexistent, we had to ask for linens, no trash pickup, nobody was ever at the service desk when needed.

Fiberglass Bath tub is old pieces coming off has a crack on the bottom of the tub, bathtub curtain dirty with mold, I found a old soap on top of the tub wall, tv remote control don’t work you need to be almost on front of the tv to be available to change the channels, I went to the front desk to ask for other room I need a room with 2 beds and gave me a single bed room, they trying to give me an other room and went I walk in that room ac was not working and room was never was clean ether, one more thing is not an elevator in that hotel ether.
Definitely no recommend this hotel.

The owner was sooo nice and very accommodating. The place was clean and the morning front desk lady was so helpful! Even helped us find a ride to our event bc there were no Ubers to be found! Top notch service!

The location was convenient, the biggest issue we had was nobody cleaned our room during our stay. We had to request towels for the next day.
