My room was never cleaned the entire time I was there. I asked for an extra pillow and they had none even though the hotel was not full. The furniture was very dated.

Staff menners were very friendly, but the hotel feels abandoned and death.
There is no atmosphere, it’s old and the rooms are not up to date either. Shower is terrible.
A shame that a hotel like Dormero is in a state like this. Breakfast and parking is overpriced.
