The bathroom had filthy corners on the wall. The wires on the tv and cable box were a bundle hanging on the wall, I had to trace them because they weren't plugged in properly. The room phone didn't work. Around midnight, neighboring rooms were banging on the walls and running between rooms, making a disturbance. I called the office (on my cell) to ask that they resolve the issue. Their answer was "They are customers, what do you want us to do? You (I) are welcome to speak to them directly, ask them to stop". Only when I threatened to call the police, they intervened, calling the room. The noise then stopped. Warwick is a beautiful, upscale town, this motel is no where up to those standards. Dont let the location fool you!!!

Hotel is alright for a short stay. Looks like a normal house. People are very friendly. Hotel is a family hotel. Nothing fancy. You get what you pay. Overall okay.

Had a very bad experience at the Hamlet Inn. After checking in, we arrived to our room to find that the door had been left open for an unknown amount of time (which according to the person at the front desk was to let it "air out"). The room itself was in poor condition, with broken blinds and grime in the corners of the room. Only one of the lamps in the room worked, and flickered every couple of minutes. The bedsheets and linens clearly had not been cleaned properly, as only two days after checking out my partner had to be treated for scabies. I would recommend to avoid staying here unless you have no other options.

We were told upon our arrival that the room we reserved on Expedia was no longer available and that we were getting a “lesser” room. Evidence of insects, extremely torn shower curtain, very slippery bathtub and damaged toilet. I realize this is a very basic, economy hotel and was not expecting luxuries but felt like a bait and switch

This is a decent place to stay. Its a nice area without much traffic. The staff is super friendly and kind. They do special order vegan Indian food which is really good. I wish the pool was functioning and there was a larger area for walking pets since this place is pet friendly. Its not the fanciest place but very convenient to local shops and eateries. Sheets and towels are clean, bed is comfortable. AC is excellent! Carpet could use a shampoo but its always vacuumed. If i didnt know the area i would think the pricing is bit too high especially when charging $25 pet fee each day but it matches the location so cant really complain.
