The location is very convenient. The promotion was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Over all, I was very satisfied and I would stay at this location whenever I could.

Staff in lobby should be more friendly and helpful for log in wifi, the wifi from different hotel was more easy to access than hotel39. Please make the process more simple. Thank you!

The staff is nice. They accept cash deposit. Clean room and quiet place. East to walk and grab lunch / dinner

Was very clean. In about 20 minutes from the beach. And the front desk people were very nice and accommodating.

I learned only after I got there that there is a 150 dollar deposit just to stay. After paying for 2 nights, and all expenses I had for my vacation, left me with no money for food. At no time when I was booking tickets or rooms did it mention a deposit. It completely ruined my vacation. Second, the hotel is right next to sketchy liquor stores and run down gas stations. I would never recommend staying here to anyone unless they're used to living in rundown neighborhoods.

Noticed on last night of our stay that the bottom sheet of our bed was not changed from previous guests and there was a yellow stain that appeared to be pee. Very disappointed

Was overall decent, but slightly over priced for what you get. TV had no search function and was kind of clumsy. Pool closed WAY to early. Staff was good though and friendly, easy to check in and out.

Affordable and convenient to beach and Disneyland. Room was clean and comfortable. Area around hotel was a little sketchy but felt safe inside hotel. Parked in hotel parking with no issues. Will come back in future.

The building’s not soundproofing at all. Everything was good, clean, fast check-in and out. Very great location for us to go to the food places we want.

The floor is so so dirty, the floor stick right on your bare foots. The beds sheets is dirty, my family is so itchy ! The hotel ‘s pictures that they are posted is not correct and untrue. We are so disappointed.

There was limited availability due to Labor Day weekend and this spot was available. The property was somewhat clean and quiet and relatively safe. The rooms are very old and there was a strange feeling that the carpet seemed moist, it was strange but perfectly fine for a place to sleep and shower the next morning.
