Hotel and rooms need some updating. Very outdated and some wear and tear. Breakfast was not great. Eggs were absolutely awful! Bed was comfortable. Need more pillows for a king bed. Jetted tub was nice addition. Nice for couple weekend getaway.

We took the train in, we had our bikes. No place to put them, we were told to put in our room. The room was filthy. I mean it was nasty. Cobwebs everywhere, i opened the desk drawer and my hand stuck to it, the headboard had dried and snudged gunk very visible. The bathroom had something splattered on the wall and lighting. The pool had not been cleaned in what had to have been at least a week or more, oil, hair and dirt swirled around the surface. The carpets were heavily stained and the shower did not drain well, the hot tub had special instructions to pull each jet to make it work but then it made a horrific noice the whole time. I was asked if they could make our stay better in any way in 3 separate texts. I let them know it was our anniversary. They didnt even respond with a congrats let alone do anything special. I felt very nervous to sleep there with it so dirty. I have picts but it wont open for me to share

I informed that it was not the case so, I spent some time with the virtual assistant of hotels.com. Then a manager finally said that it was already cleared from this morning. Finally got in the room and there was a weird odor, almost like mildew. I should have taken pictures but I didn’t I just needed to rest before the second concert I was performing that evening.

We did not stay at this hotel due to the condition of the room.The room was very worn down and very dirty.The bathroom had missing wall and baseboard tiles with surrounding mold.The person at the desk would not give us a refund having to go to another hotel and losing our money.Please advise how we can appeal this booking.

The room was not very clean. The building is ran down and needs repairs. The furniture is old and Staind. The covers look old and Staind. The only good thing is McDonald's, Subway, and a gas station is across the street. It's close to Four Winds casino.

Our Employee did not even stay there - Bed Bugs were very evident. To get a refund - do you follow-up on that?
