Great place to stay for us during our cross country trip. Kind staff, clean room, comfy bed. Would stay here again.

The bathtub grout between some of the tiles needs to be cleaned better. The shower curtain had the same faint pink stain at the bottom indicating it needs to be cleaned more often too.

Reasonably priced, very clean, modern, newly renovated rooms. No elevator, making staying a challenge for people with reduced mobility if all the ground floor rooms are occupied. Instructions as to how to work the tv might be helpful to the technically challenged!

No kettle for hot water, no shower gel. Coffee only provided i the hotel lobby until 9 A.M.

Where do I start 2 remotes for tv with no instructions how to work them, no heat in room front desk didn't have any knowledge how to turn it on, was given a portable heater that turned off in the middle of the night. was told the maintenance person was coming to fix but never showed. Had no Microwave or coffee maker in rooms. Children playing hockey in the hallways screaming every time they scored. Walls were bare ( no art work ) on walls and uninviting. Had main floor room key would not work on both common entrance and outside room door had to walk around to the reception entrance to use hallway only. On a positive note the mirror in the bathroom was awesome.

VERY unprofessional hotel. No house keeping even though it was requested. HOTEL DID NOT REMOVE security deposit off the room. Card reader from outside doors out of service. Go ahead and try phoning this hotel - they do not answer. Would suggest to find a different hotel.

Stay was excellent, easy to find. Staff was amazing in every way... Only downfall was the poor state of the pillows.....

Pet friendly, very lovely. Wished doors would open from outside when have dogs. Only suggestion. Otherwise great place!

It was alright for a night. Wouldn’t want to stay too long. No light outside our room and sketchy people around.

There things in the room that had not been cleaned for quite some time, like the desk lamp!! AC did not work very well possibly due to the very dirty intake on the unit.

Poor lighting. No breakfast. No microwave.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I was looking for a decent and inexpensive spot to sleep on my lengthy road trip. This place was great for my needs and I would definitely book there again.

Room was good. Neighbors, not so great

The motel was great for its purpose. Somewhere to get a good night sleep for a decent price. The motel was a remodelled older building but was renovated, and the rooms were completely redone, nicely. I had a ground floor room with a secondary door to the outside which would be good with pets. In my case, not so much. The seal around the door was gone, you could see daylight shining all around it. Normally not an issue. But in this case, on multiple occasions in the later evening and morning, someone(s) were smoking pot outside and it was coming into the room, around the door as well as through the ac ventilation unit intake. Not a smell that I enjoy. I did mention this to the front desk.

Bathroom especially could have used a good scrubbing. Room was cramped, not much room to get out of bed on the one side . I dropped my pen on the floor, and noticed lots of debris that was not mine when I went to pick it up. It was cheap,so no bells and whistles as expected.

Stay was great. Room was beautiful. Location is best easy to access all the attraction points in city.

The $100 deposit for damage was not warranted. Should have just had the credit card on file.

A lot cheaper than other similar properties

Check in takes too long.

Nice and clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Stay was a quick business layover the staff the upgrade the amenities parking everything was excellent
