The stay was nice, no manager on site, no free breakfast like other hotels have. Seems the maid lives on site as some others do as well. Other than that the rooms were clean. The twenty five dollar fee for property use was kind of strange never heard of that before on a motel. Could hear people next door and upstairs. Motels should rent every other room and not ones next to each other as there wasn't many people staying here. Other than that the stay was nice.

I requested a first floor room because my husband does not do well on stairs. At my booking I was told that was not problem. Upon arrival at 10 pm, I looked at my text to see what room we were given and it was on the third floor. I called and was told that we had been switched and there was nothing they could do about it that night. We were switched the next day. We were not happy about this situation. If we had been told ahead of time, we would have cancelled and gotten another motel. We expected a refund for the first night, but all we got was a promise of one fourth off our next stay. Not acceptable for our inconvenience!!!!

The Internet would not connect to the Roku TV therefore no TV. Several of the outlets didn’t work so charging was limited. Also, used washcloth and a towel or left in the bathroom from the previous tenant. Not my most pleasurable stay in a hotel.

There was some hair in the shower and floors were a bit dirty but overall it was easy and convenient location for silver dollar city. Check for shuttle times if you are planning to use the free shuttles. Would stay again for the location and price.

Very nice stay. Thanks for the clean room, and all the extras (minifridge w freezer, mini kitchen gear, plenty of towels). I did not use, but I saw the shuttle bus doing runs to Silver Dollar all day. The pool area was in great shape, and always inviting.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable, some items in kitchenette if needed, such as utensils, etc. Bathroom had plenty of towels and shampoo, soap, etc.

You have a free key enter , you dont have to deal with any people in a office or watching your every more. . It was peaceful clean and quite with sdc right down from the property

We had a 2 queen room with lots of space, all kitchen dishes, pots, toaster, and a hot plate burner. The pool, bbq, bonfire and basketball area were well kept and appreciated. Also customer laundry room available. We would stay again.
