Serras Barcelona is an absolutely top notch five star hotel in a prime harbor front location with plush rooms and extraordinary service. A must stay hotel but in high demand so book well in advance.

A very basic boutique hotel with minimal furniture. Very noisy from hallway and room to room. Gym isn’t really a gym but a small ‘left over’ space with few cardio machines.

Wonderful staff, so friendly and polite at all times of the day. Our room was lovely, only thing to improve would be the pillows. Great touch to provide hair straighteners and a steamer. Good location. Sadly weather was awful so didn’t make use of the lovely rooftop bar, will have to return

The hotel’s waterfront location is ideal especially given the luxe rooftop lounge. Above all the extraordinary guest service and hospitality offered by everyone on the staff is what makes the hotel so special. We will definitely return!

Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The place is beautiful, more so the staff made it flawless.
I don’t say this casually, it was perfect. 5 stars isn’t enough. Restaurant was also amazing.

The bar and pool area is small but the service and the menu was fantastic.
The gym is tiny - don’t come for a workout though.

This is a lovely and quiet hotel in the heart of Barcelona's port area. We walked to several different Metro lines as well as through the lovely narrow streets of old town. The staff was gracious and incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our room was delightful with every amenity we could need. We had a nice meal at the roof deck restaurant, which has views out over the port. Definitely a great find in Barcelona!
