The receptionist was extremely friendly, nothing was a hassle for her. Gave us her mobile number and told me to call at anytime if needed anything. Wonderful service and nice rooms with beautiful view of the harbour

A very nice place with beautifully decorated facilities, and the shower amenities are excellent. If I have the chance to come again, I'll try the room with a water view.

The manager was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. She gave great advice on things to do and places to see

Great place to stay, great view and locality.
Paid for the penthouse which had 2 bedrooms, was charged an extra $100 for my brother in law and sister to stay for 1 night - in total 4 people staying utilising both rooms, yet charged extra

What can I say? Such an amazing location with spectacular views. Easy walking distance to many eating establishments. Such a really relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Loved the upgrade to the studio, which was clean, nice and spacious and well equipt. only downside (small one) a bit of road noise from the adjacent road. Enjoyed my stay in the Bay, thank you again.
