I appreciate being able to have a place to rest after going out for the day. However, upon my arrival, I was told that the room was not ready, and it took almost an hour for front desk to rectify the situation she had me relocated to another room. The room was relatively clean, but There was heavy rain and there was a leak in the room. I called front desk upon realizing it. I was told that maintenance would be right with me. I was there for two days and I’ve already checked out and maintenance still have not arrived. Nothing was mentioned about it at checkout. Front desk seemed indifferent. All that being said, I enjoyed my stay in Puerto Rico outside Of my rooming.

We stay on August 15 thro the 18. On the 16th we saw a roach and inform the maid. Next day we were getting ready to go out and the roach show up from the bathroom to the area the drawers and safe is. I inform it to the person in the front desk and she inform the manager . He gave me a letter to send him an email. Send it twice no respond.I will call my credit card company because that’s not aceptable and disgusting having roaches in a room. Employes are amazing.Manager name is Elvin Sein. The service was excellent. Wilson, Nathan, and valeria at the bar took care of us all 3 days. House keeping gave us what we needed without any hesitation. Laundry machines were great. Pool was nice. Very close to crash boat beach.

What I liked about this hotel was the convenience of everything being so close by. The airport, Crash Boat beach, Las Cascadas water park, and esp all the delicious restaurants. Also, the staff were very friendly and the Bohio restaurant inside the hotel has amazing food. What I didnt like was the cleanliness of my room. There were too many spiders/ spider webs in my room. I found three waterbugs in my room. The room is too dark and super outdated. The bed sheets and towels need to be replaced asap. The comforter is very thin and worn. The towels feel like sand paper and were stained. I was bummed out when i found out the second pool(bigger pool) is closed due to renovations, which was never mentioned when I booked this hotel. I will definitely return if these necessary improvements occur.

Property pretty. Construction early when trying to sleep. Not enough lighting outside room at night. Bathroom nice but needs fixing around shower. Cracks on ceiling and around air conditioner.

I loved the food, the house potatoes in the morning are the best, specially with the PR Breakfast sandwich, the staff is very attentive and thoughtful, in all the service was excellent

This property is a hidden gem ! Great food and atmosphere and the staff was amazing . Definitely would come back again .
