Portugal has always seemed like a country where customer service is spectacular, but this time it wasn't entirely the case. I can say that only the night staff had the kindness to provide pleasant service, and we felt welcomed. However, sadly, both the front desk and dining room staff during the small breakfast were somewhat rude. And customer service... not found!
Regarding the rooms, the bed is comfortable, and so are the pillows, but they don't provide everything necessary for making coffee. There’s a capsule coffee machine, but everything else is missing (cups, sugar, and spoons).
We had requested from reception that these be provided, but it seems the day shift forgot, as we had to go at night to request it again after realizing there was still nothing.
Lastly, they don’t have an iron for clothes, which was undoubtedly very inconvenient.
Something that also surprised us was the lack of parking spaces. Given the busy nature of the place, they had half of the small parking lot closed, supposedly for construction, though during the four days, we didn't see any. To make matters worse, the employees use the few available spots for their own cars.

Situated on tranquil residential street in Estoril only 5 minutes walk from the Casino and 10 minutes from the beach. The neighborhood is filled with mansions and opulent gardens. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Lovely room. Had one of the refurbished rooms on the top floor plenty of room for a family of floor. There were some cracks in the wall and the bathroom tiles could do with a scrub but overall happy with the room.
Pool area was lovely.
The breakfast was poor and so glad I hadn't included it in my booking. Tried it out one morning but the hot breakfast was poor and the cutlery was tiny! Lots of nice café within walking distance all reasonably priced.

The staff was really good specially due to the fact that my mom walks with a cane and when we use to get back at night time the employee a gentlemen with glasses would come move he’s own car for my mom that was by far amazing and the staff that cleans the rooms are amazing I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this is top top and if you get the nice rooms the view on the balcony’s are insane if you bring your wife they will be asking you to take lots of photos and the rooms are really big

This hotel is very inefficiently run. Check in was hours late, they didn’t have enough sheets for all the rooms, we didn’t receive bath or hand towels until our last day. The staff at the desk and the cleaners are very nice, but management needs to step up because this was a total waste of money and they shouldn’t be taking bookings if they are under staffed and can’t service them. The hotel itself is run down and old. I could hear the person next door snoring and the air conditioning didn’t work and stunk. Pool was okay, but again — not clean.

Our suite was very spacious for our family of three. Very clean & extremely comfortable beds. Fabulous to have an added bonus of the large balcony (could do with another chair as only 2 provided). Reception staff very friendly & accommodating. Loved the pool.
