Couldn't use the shower as the water would go from warm to scalding with no warning. Burnt the hell out of my back.

What I expected. I simple, back to the room door motel. It was clean and had all the usual amenities. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast, but did have coffee. Charge for pet was double normal ($30).

After reading the reviews I was hesitant about what my stay would be like but it was way better than I expected.

The room was clean, but the shower was cold (no hot water) and the water in the sink was only hot (no cold water). The heat/air conditioning didn’t work,so we slept with the window open. Luckily it was cool outside. The area was not great, but was safe enough. I don’t think I would stay there again

There was dog/cat food on the floor in our room

We had three rooms at this hotel. They are in serious disrepair. Our tub had green tape around the edges. Our outside door had a gap that you could see outside. Our friends had a mattress on the floor and the other had wood to raise it. We were extremely disappointed. The woman that checked us in was very pleasant.

Room floor was dirty, faucets were old & lime covered

The place is okay but definitely shows its age. The staff was very friendly, however, and the room was clean.

This was the worst motel we have ever stayed at. Filthy tub and surroundings. I wouldn't bath a dead animal in it. There was about a half inch gap between the door and the frame so you could see the outside, bugs (probably because of the door), no sink plug, no ice machine (even tho they told us there was one). I request a one-half to full refund or I will pursue this issue. No one answers the 406-303-5144 #.

The fact that I showed up at 2:58pm and was going to be charged $30 for checking in before 3:00pm is ridiculous. The parking situation around the side and back seems a little sketchy. The A/C in our unit wasn’t blowing cold air at all. We discovered, in the middle of the night, that it was completely clogged up and hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We took the liberty of cleaning it and it started to blow some cold air, but the room remained humid at hot. There were people constantly slamming doors in the hallway until all hours of the morning and others disobeying the “no smoking” signs under the roof in the back, so our room smelled like smoke at 2am. The bathroom was poorly lit, which made showering a miserable experience. Never mind the filth on the bottom of the tub/shower. The faucet in the shower was not working properly and the temperature changed at random while showering. The dog clean up station was not stocked with and items. We considered staying elsewhere, even though we’d already paid for the room. Honestly, we should be refunded for how poor the accommodations were. The only positives were that they allow pets and I didn’t have to talk to anybody to check out, just slide the key cards in a box and maybe the slight updates to the room, even though it looks like they forgot to touch the bathroom?

Hot water was hard to maintain and needed bathroom sink on as well to achieve, so ran out before bath was 1/2 full !!

The bathrooms really need some TLC. Along with the plumbing, because the faucets were leaking etc. The ice machine was down and has been down for some time, because they are unable to find a company to drive to the area to fix it. Which is sad because after traveling for 10 hours, my father needed ice for his C-Pap machine and did not have any. If this hotel is owned by the Wyndham corporation, you should take some time to visit your hotels and stay the night and see how you would rate the place, and focus on your employees who work their butts off to accommodate the guests, with not the best working conditions.

If you like black mold showers, stained up mattresses to sleep on, hair everywhere, bags covering smoke alarms, who knows what splattered on walls then this is the hotel for you. The room was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! If there was a place for pictures it be posted also. Find somewhere else to stay. So gross!!

The door from outside to our room looked like someone busted it open door jam was all busted up dead bolt would not work 50 screws holding it together, floor was never swept had to wear shoes or socks, people at front desk were very polite and professional. Bathroom door would not shut.
