Staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless only problem needed to cross very busy road to get into Tavira centre which is about 15 min away.

The staff really tried with a language barrier between us. The property was slightly nicer than the surrounding area. Breakfast was as expected from a European hotel. Overall a decent place to stay on our way through the area. Would stay again. Hotel restaurant closed on Mondays

Staff was very kind. This hotel should be at least 3 stars. Only downside is the location if you don’t have a car.

Staff were very nice and helpful. We booked it late at night for that same night after check out hours as we didn’t see even though it was clearly written. We showed up and check in was closed but we called the number and a very nice gentleman answered sleepy (it was at midnight) and was very helpful and helped us get the keys even though he didn’t have to. Breakfast was great with such a big variety. We had unexpected drains issue (clogged drain from the shower) room flooded a bit but staff were very helpful and solved the problem asap. Very pleasant stay and very pleasant staff! Need a car to go to the beach or downtown but very good and big store is close by (you can walk) hut definitely worth it! Recommend it for sure

Place was kept tidy and had daily room service. Staff were friendly. Could’ve had more options at breakfast (ie. more cooked options and breakfast tea to offer) however the cakes were always varied and nice.

Not sure why this hotel is only 1 star - it was better than some 3 star hotels. Mario on reception is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay including parking and a pool. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Wifi good, shower pressure good. Breakfast ok but lots of homemade cakes which were yummy. Walk into Tavira starts on busy main road with no footpath, but its fine if you are careful. Would recommend this hotel.

As a couple we stayed at this hotel on 1st May 2024. The reason we chose, was because it would accept pets, and we have 2 dogs. The hotel is happy to accept them, as long as they are well behaved. In addition you need to be aware that you are liable for any damage. This was not a problem for us as our dogs are well trained and responsive. I would imagine humans cause a lot more damage! We paid about €80 for our room, which was clean, tidy and spacious. There was a fridge, coffee machine, and good size private bathroom in our room. There is a good size swimming pool as well! We were also delighted that the price included breakfast, which was very good and covered everyone's needs (ie veggie, etc). Its about 2KM into town and there is a busy road outside with nor pavement. However, we ordered a pet friendly UBER taxi each way, which cost us €4 each time, and made life very easy. This hotel is well worth a try, especially if you wish to bring your dog/cat etc, and we will certainly use it again, when we next visit Tavira. Finally, we received great service from Raul, behind reception. He was kind, courteous and a credit to the hotel

Comfortable modern room with smart new bathroom and balcony overlooking well kept gardens. Decent sized outdoor swimming pool for a relaxing dip on an afternoon. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, nice selection of breads and choice of local speciality cakes & pastries. Brilliant value for money but a little bit on the outskirts of town so if you are happy to stroll 15 minute on an evening to the old town then this won't be an issue.

Very small television changer did not work. I believe that it needed new batteries. It was perfectly fine for the price but I would have expected the price to be lower. it is located outside of the there was no easy way to walk to it without going onto a busy road.

Hotel okay and in good location my only quibble was noise during the night, dogs barking and late night party goers returning in the early hours kept me up all night, I by no means blame the management for this as it’s totally out of their control.

Really friendly welcome and very helpful staff. Reception area sparkles. Parking ample. Room had a balcony and although there was road noise we had a good view of the town. Town was a little walk but only 5-10 minutes. Breakfast was fabulous with every item you could wish for including delicious cakes.. all included in a very reasonable price.
