The room itself was great - bed was very comfortable and water pressure was good. Service at the restaurant was awful. Sat there for 30 minutues and they didnt even check our water, food was very slow and it wasnt busy, had to go back to the pizza kitchen to get my own to go box.

Had a great night sleep, quiet even with room on a busy street. Love the water view and waking up with our Cruise ship across the street.

We arrived and my reservation was not processed yet. Ended up looking really stupid for about 2 hours. After going through emails and expedia app, it was finally processed. Did not like looking like i did not know what i was talking about..

Room smelt like smoke. Paying premium for a room. Id expect that not to be the case.

Right across the street from the cruise we were taking, very convenient. Only thing upsetting is the bathroom has light sensors that cannot see through glass. Whilst showering the lights go out.

So I chose this hotel after my daughter and I had attended a concert on a Friday night and needed to pick up my parents from a cruise arriving the next morning at pier 66. We called the hotel and let them know that we would be arriving late around 11pm. I had also chose this hotel because according to their website they had late night room service which was perfect for us arriving late. First the room service ends at 10pm, the late night munchies shown available from 11pm-6am was no longer available even though it was on website. Also bathroom has a motion activated light which is great except that it constantly turned off when we were using the shower (had to keep turning the light back on for each other). Also had the loudest air conditioner ever. It sounded like it wanted to break at any time. Took a video of it and took it to front desk. To their credit they did waive my valet fee and gave me a credit. We ended up checking out at around 8:30am to pick up parents from cruise. All in all so disappointed with my pick. We had a hungry sleepless night.

We will definitely stay again! Perfect view of our ship by the port, clean, great price and walking points to everywhere.

Had no air conditioning for the 2 days we stayed. Was told it was only goingto be one day and it would be back on at 5pm. Never had air thw 2 days we stayed. Person that worked there had no idea where the pool ws lovated and we could not find anything that marked where the pool was located. I felt decieved as we were told he hot a $25 credit for each day. Issue is they charge you a $25 per day destination fee. So to get the credit you had to charge your meals to the room to get the $25 back. So its a net loss. Pay $80 for a breakfast buffet to get $25 off iy u charged to your room. Way over priced. Would not stay here again as it was deceiving after i already payed for the room to be chaged another bs fee.

The staff were friendly and check in was simple. The restaurant on site had excellent service and the food was delicious. Will stay here again!
