The suite was undeniably spacious and clean, which were definite positives. However, it lacked some essential amenities. The kitchen was completely unequipped, and the bathroom didn't provide sufficient toiletries or towels.

The suite is big, however : - there is no utensils in the kitchen - all the doors make noise - lots of things are broken - heater will leak - heater is way too hot and cannot be modified Not really a 5 stars hotel. Plus…to use the swimming pool, everyone has to pay extra 20 euros to use it …

Customer service was so rude. Once I checked out they won’t even help you with your luggage. The front desk guy was so rude to the point he told me to go find the security guy to see if he would help with luggage. During the stay when I ask for something like towels, you would have to chase 2 to 3 people to get the service you want. I have asked for baby crib and all I got broken rusted crib with cloth sides that falls down. I had to have my sun sleep on the couch fearing from the sides and bed falling down and off the sides. We had suit for 4 and they always bringing towels and all other services for 2 people. I had to ask multiple times to get stuff in complete sets. The room is clean and breakfast is good but the hotties a bit smiley and kind of dirty.

Fantastic large 3 bedroom suite. Very clean and spacious. Hotel has their own pool, ice skating rink and bowling alley. Good for the family and to entertain the kids.

This place was awesome, from the friendly staff to the delicious dining it was A and my room was clean and amazingly beautiful. Definitely staying here again when I return.

While the staff was very friendly and tried their very best to communicate, the cleanliness and efficiency wasn’t quite there. Maybe it was the laid back culture, but we had to change rooms after constant communication of our lock not working. Our second room had a plumbing issue that was never addressed. The food overall was delicious and plentiful. The towels weren’t that clean. The front desk woman on staff (forgot her name) was the sweetest and tried her very best to make our stay pleasant, but she wasn’t always around when there was an issue due to scheduling. Our stay was overall ok.

This is no 5 star hotel, more like a polished 3 star and customer service was poor (reception staff were frazzled and slow to respond). The hotel is used for rehabilitation of patients that have recently undergone surgery, we did not mind this but was surprised to see samples being taken out of the breakfast buffet for testing.. our room was nice and clean but the dim lights in the ceiling we were unable to switch off completely (assuming this may have to do with patient safety).Location wise it is convenient for the airport but otherwise not much around in this area, it’s a 20 min taxi ride into the town centre. Breakfast is ok but again was expecting more from a supposed 5 star hotel. Only stayed one night so did not get a chance to use any of the hotel facilities so cannot comment on those, based on the above would not stay in this hotel again

Very bad hotel. Room not prepared before check-out. Bad smell inside the hotel. Hotel not maintained for years. Frequent water cut. Hotel in general does not even deserve a star! Expensive hotel and no reason to pay so much money for a mediocre hotel!

I make it the reservation online I had paid everything in advance from my credit card and when I arrived there they told me I have to pay 180$ Extra after long conversation with reception I was tired and very late arriving there at night . They took full advantage of me. It felt like they were robbing me while I was looking.
