The Ocean Promenade is in a great location; it's very quiet. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My only negative is the parking garage. While it is terrific that there is a covered garage, it is a little tight, especially when others park on the lines (of course, that is not the hotel's fault). Love it here and will be back.

I stay here several times a year. I have never had a disappointing stay. Note that the smaller rooms (no kitchen) do not have a microwave, which I miss. The kitchenette suites are well-equipped and fabulous to stay in. Great value, best hotel in the general White Rock S. Surrey area, in my opinion. Secure parking is additional charge. The beach is right across the street.

Dealt with a very nice lady over the weekend (didn't get her name but blond and young), who was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our difficulties with serious car troubles.

This room would be better suited to a group (same party) needing 2 rooms. We had to report a noise complaint about our neighbouring room following loud music at midnight. The guy on reception immediately took it in to his hands and dealt with the issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would have had no complaints if it wasn't for the noisy neighbour but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, room is spacious, well-appointed, and clean (clean sheets, carpets, towels, bathroom, etc). Pretty quiet too considering how close the street and train tracks are.

It is a beautiful hotel across the street from the ocean. Walk to restaurants. Parking garage underneath. It was very clean, comfy and staff was pleasant. Has AC so a plus. Would recommend and close to ferry.
