The room was good, as shown on pictures. There was some black hair on our white blanket. And hair on the bathroom floor. Floors were not washed. Had wet/dried footprints from previous users. We came at 3pm for check in and they didnt have our room ready. We had to wait nearly an hour, that delayed the rest of our schedule for the day.

Stay was okay, but we were forced to pay in cash because their system was down for credit card payments. A courtesy call would have been nice to warn us that there was no credit card option. No one called and a lot of us were struggling to find cash at midnight..

When I arrived to check in, I was told by the clerk that their system was down and that I would have to pay cash to get my room. Credit payment would not be possible. I had to find Bank and ATM at 9 pm in the evening. The neighborhood near the hotel was not the safest looking. Had Cherry pits under the sealed water cups next to the ice container. AC smelled like mildew if you set it higher than 65 degrees and was loud. Lastly they shut water off while I was in the shower at around 2pm with no notice. TV remote was inside the pull out couch which shows they don’t change linens and the TV had the hdmi switched so had to troubleshoot it to get the tv to work.
