I stay at this Hampton Inn several times a year. This is the first time that they were out of so many snack items. Candy, ice cream, etc... I also noticed that every time I do stay, they always have new employees working the front desk. I haven't seen the same person twice.

Check in was nice and easy. The man at the desk was friendly. Room was nice size. The hot water for the sink and shower never got hot and the pressure was low. There's a homeless camp behind the hotel and someone from this camp tried to take my belongings as I was loading my car to leave the hotel.

I stay at Hampton properties on a regular basis as I travel 26 weeks a year. The employees here were not that friendly. The property has a homeless living in the back ( east side) and I could hear them a at night speaking loudly just outside my window. I would have mentioned it to staff but they had already given me the cold shoulder so what was the point. I didn’t feel threatened and was ready and able to defend myself in case of a break in. There is no confidence that anyone will follow up on this review. I am a Blue Star Member.

The hotel was fine. Unfortunately, The customer service provided by Michelle at the front desk was despicable. You don't talk over the customer, you listen and respond accordingly. She only listened to what she wanted to hear and then had the audacity to speak over me until I had to yell at her. I've never encountered such bad customer service from an individual that had nothing to do but check people in to their rooms. I will never go back to this location as long as she remains employed there. A real shame since we stay in hotels at least once a month. That woman needs to be educated on what good customer service is in the hospitality industry. The manager needs to rethink their choice on who is representing the brand! Shame on her for treating somebody so badly! For $250 a night, I'll take my business elswhere, thank you very much

The hotel itself was great, but looking out our window was a homeless encampment. Not very pleasant to look at. Also, my car was key'd while in the parking lot. But I will say the staff was very very nice.

For over 600.00 a night you would think your room would be cleaned and replenished each day. Every third day… ridiculous! The ice machine didn’t work.

Homeless encampment near the entrance to underground parking. U/G pkg is locked but only between midnight & 5am. Noisy fan in the wall between bathroom & bed area was so bad we changed rooms from 323 to 232 where it was much better.

Our hotel room was on the first floor. We could not pull up the shades to bring in some sunlight. Our view was a parking lot. I didn't know that they don't clean the rooms daily. Although we requested a room with a bathroom. The thermometer in the room did not work and we had to adjust the room temperature on the heater-air conditioner. I accidentally reserved an extra room and neither Hampton nor Hotels.com would refund my money although I purchased travelor insurance with Hotels.com. I purposely chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews. What a farce! I will everyone who asks about my experience with Hotels.com.

I liked that it was a family friendly environment. The people at the hotel were so welcoming and so helpful.

Worst service I ever had. The general manager tested us very bad. I can’t believe that they accept pets and they treat people like this.
