The hotel is under construction and loud banging, jackhammers can be heard the floor below. The toilet didnt flush right, and the pool was closed. I had to find another room down the street. Couldnt get out fast enough.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation, but the re-done rooms are great... and the b-fast area just opened and is great as well.

In the email to me, it said that the pool was available: one of the main reasons we chose it hotel. However, when we arrived, the desk manager failed to mention that the pool and hot tub were closed. The pool and hot tub remained closed during our entire stay due to a city ordinance violation. I would like a refund for false advertising and misleading expectations. Also, none of the info was posted on the booking page about the laundry facility being out of commission and the building being under renovations. I want made aware of this until after booking the non-refundable booking. Very dishonest. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known these things. Completely took the fun out of what would have otherwise been an enjoyable vacation. Refund requested emphatically.

But to give them some credit it will be nice when they are done but I am assuming so will the price$ but a great view. Just a tip I would have your Construction Manager check room 432 closet doors are not hung properly. Again great views, but check w Property regardless of how you booked your room. Nice Try !!!

Good experience. Needed a place to stay for the night. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked late so room was a bit pricey.

The property is undergoing significant refurbishing but nonetheless is suffering from shortcomings—no working phone in the room, noisy air conditioning unit, mysterious water faucet. Probably better to wait for the construction to conclude.

Beautiful grounds. Loved the room with the balcony/ patio to sit out on and have my coffee in the morning with my Pup. Dog friendly. . They are remodeling now. Beautiful pool wish I had time to use it since I was just passing through I did use workout out room. Nice breakfast in morning. Would like to request bacon next time instead of sausage.

At 644 in the morning on a Saturday morning they started doing construction in the room right above us. Specifically drilling and hammering which was very very loud. I went to talk to the front desk who called maintenance who said there was no one there. So basically they gaslighted me. I went back to my room hoping since we complained they would stop- no such luck. So we left. A colossal waste of money. If I had known the hotel would wake me up after five hours I would have just driven the additional five hours home and saved myself 150 dollars. We specifically stayed here because we thought it would be quieter and is smoke free. No such luck. If you intend on sleeping in at all do not stay here.

House keeping does not knock. Overpriced for what it is.

The hotel is in a total remodel. There is only 1 elevator for 4 floors. The breakfast is very nice. Staff is wonderful and do their best.

Jeremy at the front desk was extremely helpful switching my rooms and very considerate when I was sick and ordered take out to the room. Highly recommend staying in their beautifully renovated rooms with incredible staff and sensational pricing.
