Arrived 1am welcomed by our toilet/shower so dirty and look disgusting. Complained in the morning when we woke up they promised to clean it didnt even offered to transfer us to another room. For a spa hotel i usually go this is sub standard the welcome 1st floor was grand smells so nice just like any other spa hotel but cleanliness is not ok. Also the swimming pool so small and needs to be refurbished the paint of it is fading already that it makes is look so old and not inviting to swim.

Sat down with a soda bottle and some crisps to watch football on the screen away from the restaurant dining area and told to move away due to health and safety. Understandable but a rather weird approach. An issue for me was that the spa and steam room is expected with the price but this was rejected and told to pay at entrance. Additionally, same issue with breakfast even though Expedia notes breakfast is included with the price but evidently, this was not the case. Breakfast was also not worth the extra price, but would be considered a somewhat reasonable addition if included with your hotel fee. Finally, don’t forget that lights and electric go off at midnight downstairs so if you linger in after 12 and decide to take a breather in the lounge, expect a dark few moments ahead. Overall 2 out of 5.

I spend five nights there with my family. It's a very nice hotel with a beautiful lobby.. staff ware friendly and helpful thanks to them...breakfast was great. rooms are nice but need some improvement

I feel, the lobby of the hotel is excellent, nice, but the room is very old, we also experienced a lot of ants on the floor.

We had 2 separate bookings through Expedia, and the woman at the front desk took the initiative to combine bookings and even upgraded our hotel. We were so pleased!

Reception said there had been a mix up… fine these things happen. We then rolled out the sofa bed, no blankets, sheets nothing. Had a fantastic stay here with my children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was still some work being done and had the occasional noise in the morning. The pool remained closed but we made use of the Spa which was nice and not crowded.

The picture of the room that was on the ads was not the room we got the pictures showed a room with a bed and then a separate room/living room with a sofa foldout bed and we ended up getting one room with 2 twin sized beds pushed together as you can expect for 2 guys traveling together this was less than ideal considering what we thought we were spending $200 a night for

Lovely quiet hotel located a 5 minute walk from the Camp Nou. Also located close to Collblanc metro which can be an easy station to travel to from airport and to get to city centre. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.

In general everything is good at the hotel. Only at the spa I couldn’t enjoy peaceful aa they admit kids and they are running and yelling everywhere
