I don’t think they cleaned the unit we stayed in. There was dried blood on the bathroom floor that we cleaned up with a wash cloth. Don’t think they vacuumed the room and it left us feeling that we overpaid for a dirty room. The continental breakfast wasn’t great. There was no plain black tea, only flavored and breakfast items were out of stock. We ended up filling a cup with hot water and going to our car for a tea bag, then eating breakfast elsewhere. Don’t recommend staying there.

The excellent service of desk clerk. She gave me a large towel to use when I let rain get into my car. My driver seat was soaking so I appreciated the help. The cleaning was okay, but maid hadn’t dusted under the bed for LONG time nor had maid vacuumed edges along wall bed for there were all kinds of crumbs. I also found a dried leaf in between 2 towels (this I found funny early in morning). the leaf 🍁 happened because wind blows and maid cart is outside. However, the dust and crumbs comes from laziness. I would stay here again!! No matter where you stay there are always maids/cleaners who really don’t care or take pride in a job well done….it’s a hard job for not very much pay.

Fine room accommodations, staff very responsive and helpful, nice area for restaurants and close to downtown. Only issue is the WiFi was spotty and mostly not useable.

Check in took forever. The one check-in clerk was on the phone for a long time with someone who’d called to make a reservation. No eye contact, no “I’ll be with you in a minute.” At one point he hung up the phone and walked out of the room , shutting the door behind him. When he came back, the phone rang, and he answered it. Still had not acknowledged me. Long day. I just wanted to check in. I had reserved a room. The parking lot was noisy at night. Someone started their truck up at 2:00 am and let it run all night. Would not stay here again. Area was a bit sketchy.

Friendly staff and clean will return there again

It is very well kept clean and close to restaraunts, fuel, freeway etc. Will definately do an overnight stay again.

This is my favorite place in miles city, montana. I walked into the room and the smell was so fresh and amazing. Always clean and the staff are so friendly and eager to help. There are 2 good restaurants next door so easy dining. The shopping mall just down the street a bit. It was quiet and i feel safe to go outside with the dogs. The pool is an added bonus for me to get water therapy for my old joints and body. It is also clean and inviting. Thank you again Econolodge for your hospitality and good job with your staff. They work amazing as a team and help each other out. Team work is rare but Econolodge has it ... good job and will see you again

This is a great hotel for the money. It was clean and comfortable with a pretty good free continental breakfast. The housekeeping staff are excellent. The room was very clean and tidy and smelled great. The hotel is dog friendly, which we needed, and close to a really great restaurant, Black Iron Grill.

Staff was extremely friendly check-in was great. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. Loved everything. However the problems started when we tried to go to sleep @ 10 pm. A knocking sound on the wall coming from the bathroom started about then that went on all night. Didn’t fall asleep until late because of it. Woke up at 3:45 AM from two men talking VERY loud. I tried to find the men to say something but no one was outside. I noticed a door open to a room belonging to staff / hotel and I think two men were in there, Very exhausted from little to no sleep the next day which is not good when I still had a full day drive ahead of me. It was too bad, because other than that the hotel itself was wonderful. Very accommodating. Even the breakfast was great and very clean. I would stay again and give it another chance. Thank you
