Stay was good. Would like to have the option for air conditioning as it was hot in the night. The window fan was helpful with windows open at night but had to have the curtain raised up to benefit from fan being on and windows open. The overall stay was good. Room was clean.

The room needs some upgrading and a good interior paint. For example, the interior door was quite dirty looking especially around the door handle.
The room was adequate and probably the best price in town.

This is an old motel with squeeky floors and beds. No frills. Room was clean but toilet didn't work and had to move rooms. Smoke detector battery started beeping in the middle of the night

Dead nolt did not work. Bathroom door did not close very well. Carpet was dirty. Bed sagged in middle and bedding caused me skin itching.

Nice clean motel in historic downtown, very convenient. Room with good amenities, I had a fridge, stove, basic utensils. One can cook and save although there are tons of dining options around. I recommend this place

The inn is old school. It is right on Main Street. Excellent location walkable to everything. It is very clean. I have stayed here numerous times and love it. I highly recommend it.

Prices very competitive to lodging in surrounding area yet conditions were subpar (small rooms, old beds, small bathrooms with dim lighting, door jams looked like they'd been jimmy'd...).

The location was great (we had a nearby bike race). Room was clean. The door to the adjoining room allowed noise as we could hear the neighbor's conversation, but once they left for the night, it was quiet. We walked main street after checking in, and found a restaurant for lunch the next day. Perfect for our needs and would definitely stay again.

Great location--easy to find, and you can walk to dinner. What's not to like? The attendant at the desk is great, but he isn't knowledgable about local hiking. Everything else was perfect.

No air conditioning or heat available. Just a fan in the window in August. Located on main street good, Im 70 and he put us on second floor with not elevator. Bare basics. Could do alot better for a few bucks more.

Front desk staff was fantastic. Very courteous and accommodating. Perfect location right on Main street within easy walking distance to all the Frisco shops & eateries.
There is a bus stop right in front of this place. Offers free parking and will provide the parking permit.
