No washcloths, no coffee second day, coffee maker worked poorly, food was left in microwave, rules for using kitchenware was extra charges if not cleaned and put away. No dish liquid soap provided. We did not need kitchenette and when reserving online did not indicate it. Can't call front dedk with room phone had to use cell phone.No shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer button had to be held down entire time. I would not recommend this hotel. Made for not a perfect vacation.

Great central location.
Room was spacious, smart and well equipped.
Only disappointment was the free parking. It wasn’t clear enough beforehand that parking was on a ‘go find a space on the street’ basis which was difficult as it was busy and ,last spaces paid for.

The staff was very helpful. Especially because we couldn’t speak French and they accommodated the deficiency very well

Great apartment hotel close to the centre of town . Loads of room and the most comfortable of beds for s great night sleep. Only issue is working out how to get in for the first time you need to check in at the hotel opposite which was confusing..
