Furniture falling apart, electronic door locks would not lock and told i guess you better put a chair in front of your door and some kind of growth in the shower over all the worst hotel i have stayed in.

I was in the area, and all I needed was a place to lay down and go to sleep. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy. I just wanted to nice bed where I can get a good shower go to bed. I picked the most inexpensive thing. I can find Expedia Jacksonville. That was Six. They had a one bed special, but I think Text license was like $70 for a night Take me around the property to find the office. People everywhere walking around the property all kinds. When I pulled in, I knew this was not a good area to even be in. But there was a hotel in one side I believe a red top and I can’t remember what was on the other. But like I said, all I was needing was a bed to sleep on. I had 1000 mile trip the next day and it already most of the day to Jacksonville.. Any other time I would’ve come up on something like this, I would’ve strictly canceled my reservation and someplace else. Grown man 6’1” 200 Pretty feisty if I need to be. But I assure you, I was a bit nervous getting out of the vehicle going to looking over the rails And the characters walking around in the area. My room was as plain as it could possibly be. But I knew it would be at that cost. Good thing was it had a good refrigerator and small freezer which I used. Television worked good also. There were holes in the bathroom wall. I’m guessing from Adams being relocated over the years. Water ran good in the sink, but did not have much pressure at all in the shower of the tub along with no hot water. Won’t stay here again

We're happy with our stay at this Motel 6. It's clean and quiet. It has great employees that are happy to help. Security is working hard to keep everyone safe. They are really pet friendly! I have no complaints.

The staff is amazing and courteous. Anthony, Ali and Jeremy are great at what they do. They bring life and excitement with them to work anytime I stay at the hotel.

I liked that they allowed me stay with my Dachshunds at no extra charge. I was reviewing different areas house hunting. This motel was in a good location for my searches. The downside was the place is rundown the floors chipped and coming loose they were dirty. The room was roach infested and the bathroom had water leaking down from the second floor. People were eating chicken and throwing the bones in the parking lot and sidewalks. The day before I checked out a car parked next to mine was stolen.l had police knocking on my door investigating the theft. Then a security guard knocked on my door at 11:30 at night looking for my handicap sticker. I stayed here because the payment was non refundable. I checked out two days early.

Office and housekeeping staff are amazing. In a time where it seems no one values customers service. Every employee Ive encourages trees from the office to maintenance is friendly and attentive.

I have a Frenchie that goes everywhere with me so I stay here when I am in Jacksonville westside. For their pet policy and friendly staff. Property is constantly being improved. New air conditioners. Pool is being ready for summer. Monisha and lanisha always have a great attitude and make checking in a breeze.

No cold water in bathroom sink. Sink faucet sprayed water all over walls and floor. No microwave even though I paid extra to book room with microwave. Feet were black from grime even though I only took shoes and socks off in room. No stopper in sink. Missing toilet lid. Switches had no effect on lights. Some were always out. Some were always on. Stayed three days and room was never cleaned, trash un emptied. Spoke with general manager morning after the first night. She assured me all would be fixed. That night when I came back to the room NOTHING had been done.

You were supposed to refund my money. I will never use this app again. This is a fraudulent app. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
