Service was great, beds were good, overall was a good stay. A couple negatives were the mildew smell in our room was hard to get used to, think it was coming from the A/C unit. Wi-Fi was so weak it would drop off our phones and we only had like 1/3 of the channels that the guide said we would.

Friendly, the housekeeping staff was great getting me a xtr blanket the gentleman running it was awesome , Breakfast was great, made my own waffle the girls were very helpful in the kitchen. I would say this is a well run clean establishment. Will definitely stay there again for my next trip to the Jefferson City Penitentiary.

Everyone at Comfort Inn was helpful
and kind! Lots of parking; easy access to hotel. Very quiet.. Lovely lobby/breakfast area.

Only complaints would be staff don’t really talk to you unless you approach them but very nice when they talk. Also inside pool too cold to enjoy. I will definitely be back though!

This property has become my go to when I come to Jefferson City. It’s very clean with comfy beds. The staff is friendly.

Advertised as handicapped, it wasn't ,toilet was not extended hight .almost unusable. There was one grab bar on the inside wall or the shower . The light switch was mounted way to high in the bathroom.They scrimped on handicapped. The view might have been pretty , window was frosted -up.
