Quiet, beautiful grounds, nice pool, quaint small resort, enjoyed

Comfortable unit, slightly dated but clean. Only real issue was extremely low water pressure in shower. While CA regulations require low pressure heads, there are much better options available that meet those requirements.

Hyatt Desert Oasis exceeded our expectations. Switched our room to pool view at no additional cost. Everything about our room and the property was excellent. They had a heated pool, the gym had plenty of equipment and provided free parking. Room was clean,heat and AC worked excellent, bathroom was very nice and clean and had everything we needed with nice couch in living room, 2 large TV's, king size bed very comfortable, walkin closet, nice full kitchen and clean large and small towels and very hot water in the bathroom and kitchen. Room was spacious and check in staff was very helpful as well as on-site concierge. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Cathedral City which was 15 minutes from the airport.

Loved: awesome activities and the activity leading staff. The room is spacious and the pool is large. Kids loved everything.
Issues: room location was awful. Construction and traffic started at 6am waking everyone up and the view was terrible. The shower has no pressure or temperature control. Long black hair was left on a chair in the room. Pool was somewhat dirty even at beginning of day

It was very pleasant to stay here. The receptionist at the front are just sweet as they can be in the men’s security that walks around the building. They are just as kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be back.

We love it here it is like your very own condo, has everything you need even a lovely little patio. Everything is clean and everyone is helpful and friendly. We’ve been here 2 years in a row and will keep coming back!

Great amenities, having a in suite laundry was so helpful. Coffee, lots of towels and everything you need in a kitchen. We had room 359 and it had a beautiful view of the mountains and the room was so quiet with a great air conditioning system. Would stay here again for sure

It was a family trip. But it was nice. Staff was nice and friendly. Though it was really hot because it’s in Palm Springs everything about the property was great. Felt like a mini townhome even had washer and dryer. Lot of fun activities for kids to enjoy if your trying to go and do a family trip.

Everything was amazing, they were able to accommodate us with early check in. The only thing I didn't like was that the parking lot was way too dark, more lights would be great.

Overall great stay. The lobby was overwhelming with a fragrance smell. The playroom was a little different looking then the pictures shown. We were also under the impression there was a sit down cafe on the property, one of the reasons we picked it.

This property is convenient to all sections of Palm Springs area, incl7dingvairport. All rooms are the same including kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Really enjoy this property.

Pictures all show nice views we actually had a parking lot view and you could walk onto our patio from the parking lot. We did not use the patio pool was nice but bit of a walk my husband wears a brace.
