Checking in was great and seamless I did self check-in we got there the girls that counter with extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with we were just there for one night but this morning when we called for La check out it was still the overnight stuff I guess and maybe give us a late check out I had asked for two sets of fresh towels because we were going to go to the jacuzzi when it opened and we were told that we couldn't give me towels because they were out of towels although the knife stuff had told me I could go to the front desk and get towels so when I went to do that they said they have any towels there and then they were pretty rude about it also the morning stuff and then we were told that we could get an additional late checkout until 1:00 p.m. but the same girl that wouldn't provide towels told us that weren't able to send our checkout time which is fine you know it wasn't that big of a deal she just was very rude about it but like I said the check-in was great I don't remember the girls name last night but whoever the morning stuff was not pleasant to deal with.

Nice clean fresh reception area. Super easy check in. Big clean room & large bathroom with fridge, micro & coffee maker. Large clean pool, plenty of sun loungers and large indoor hottub. 9am to pm pool & hottub access. Breakfast- cereal, toast, waffles, doughnuts, fresh oranges with a few juices and tea or coffee

Room was clean. The place was quiet. There was barely any water pressure to the shower though. Hardly enough to wash away any soap. The breakfast wasn't that great so if you're booking the room based on having a breakfast available it was pretty slim.

I would have given them a higher rating however i had quite a bizarre experience checking in. Checking in was fine but when I got to my room and tried to unlock the door, it kept giving me an error. I repeadedly attempted to unlock the door when someone inside abruptly opened the door who was twice my size and weight! He asked me "what the hell? Why are you trying to get into my room?" I thought he was going to flip out on me when i quickly showed him my room keys and sleeve which read "room 119". Room 119 had been taken and woukd be taken through the weekend. The man and his wife were in the room and luckily had the door locked from the inside. I was mortified thinking what if they hadn't locked the door, what if they were sleeping, showering, or who knows what else. Can you imagine someone walking into your hotel room while you and your spouse were in, let's say, a very private moment!! Or just as bad, how about if they weren't there but their personal belongings were in the room? Let's say the person walking into their room was shady and/or not honest. Imagine the liability!!

The location was good for my travel purposes. The neighboring room had a visitor that banged on the door numerous times. I think the outside balcony instead of an indoor setup let them think noise was okay.

The rooms were dark, dingy and smelly. I had to go to my car to get out a beach blanket and my own pillow because the sheets were scratchy. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. It consisted of toast, Eggo waffles, cold hard boiled eggs, oranges, and packaged pastries. That was it.
I wore sandles so my bare feet wouldn't touch floor. Gross
