Our stay was excellent and the staff was awesome!

Awesome location! However, has a cheap motel feel to the property. Access to rooms from an outdoor walkway, air-conditioning/heating unit in the window, which cycles on and off throughout the night with only a hot cold dial.
Arrived at 5:30 PM and there was no street parking. First parking lot I pulled into under the hotel around the corner was full. Had to call the front desk while doing laps on the streets to be told and talked through the complicated directions to an underground parking garage which is very tight to get into and out of.
The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Only cold items such as muffins from Indianapolis, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee. Oh, and toast. Maybe apples as well. Very disappointing.
Owners: one of the best things you can do to leave a good impression from this low-average motel, is to at leastleave your guests with warm hot food in their bellies.

We only stayed 1 night. We were there to Cheer on our daughter-in-law in the Rehoboth 1/2 marathon. Rehoboth in general was very busy and I am sure that the hotel was full. The staff were all very friendly and eager to please. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

I was staying at the hotel for the Rehoboth Beach Marathon and I requested a late check out so I could take a shower after the marathon. The hotel said no and claimed that it was fully booked. Also, the hotel was fairly nice, but it was quite expensive for what you get.

We love The Breakers … especially in the off season! Beautiful view of the fall leaves and lake from our balcony - enjoyed all of Rehoboth during the day, breakfast ant the hotel and friendly staff.

Very clean, convenient location, great value. Includes balcony, mini fridge, mini microwave, continental breakfast, onsite parking. Not fancy, but perfect for us every time we take a Rehoboth getaway. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, boardwalk.

The location is clean, breakfast good, and parking fine BUT apparently there are 3 rooms which are located 3 ft from the elevator and another 3 ft on the other side from the ice maker.that’s what I got ! All the other rooms seem to be property located but if you get 1 of these 3 rooms you will hear everything. People coming and going and every time they want ice.
The room was too expensive to have to deal with this.

Also the water temperature in the shower fluctuated super hot to super cold every minute or so when showering. The included breakfast was minimal, lots of carbs. No hot eggs or hot meats of any kind. We were told that was because it was now off season. We were not aware the breakfast menu would be minimal choices.

All Pros were location, conveniently walkable to shops, beach, boardwalk, restaurants and eateries, pleasant staff.
Cons were the room we had was quite small. The bathroom was tiny although adequate. Disliked the ROKU TV as we could not connect to the Apps we wanted.

This place is fantastic. I hemmed and hawed a bit about spending the extra money and I didn't regret it. I will say that they appear to have put me in a bigger suite that I didn't pay for... but still, the feel of the place is just great.
There are a few weird hiccups like the hot tub (which I shouldn't have even had) not being workable or signs that say "vending machine" on the 5th floor and then you go up there and don't see one, or an arrow pointing to a bathroom on the first floor and then you follow it and there's a locked bathroom while the real guest bathroom is by the entrance, and the awkward parkade on 2 levels with 2 separate entrances that don't connect so you have to go around the block if the good one is full and the space on the lower level is inappropriately narrow...
But those are overall minor and the place is still great.
