Unfriendly office staff, limited parking (only allowed one vehicle to park) room was old and outdated

Everyone I encountered was extremely kind and happy. The did their jobs ... gave incredible service ... were't condescending or passive. It was not only surprising, but my trip has been extended and i'm headed right back.

I had a horrible experience here. Room 105 is heavily infested with bedbugs. We didn’t sleep at all as bedbugs kept biting us throughout the night and we ended up trashing our clothes because we didn’t want to transport bedbugs home. I tried to tell front desk about the bedbugs but he was rude and not helpful. Charging a lot of money for uncomfortable sleep plus the room was very dusty and dirty with a strange smell. We had to leave the door and window open for fresh air Too much noise from the freeway. Not a nice place at all.

So very nice and clean. The bathroom was recently remodeled, bedding and towels were squaky clean. The mattress however, was more of a hammock. Husband and I wound up sleeping across the head and foot of it.

Property is very clean included and management is not like a hawk on you and disrespectful everybody is polite welcoming

It has a very small parking lot, that is very hard and dangerous to get In and Out of the location. It is next to a freeway exit and therefore very nosy. Since I work nights and sleep days, this was a problem. This facility has spacious rooms are clean and more amenities than most places. Microwave, refrigerator a separate sitting area. I would come back and maybe ask for a room as far from the main street. The location is very close to my work.

The window was broken and would not lock closed. Same with the room my parents stayed in. The front desk personnel tried to convince me that the property is watched from the front desk using security cameras and that it's a safe area. No, it was not a safe area and even if it were, when would I ever be okay sleeping with the window unlocked? Or leave my belongings in there during the day with the window unlocked? Even the keycard sleeves they give the room key in says to lock all doors and windows for your safety. Might as well have slept with the door open. They gave me some bs about the rooms undergoing remodeling and that they hadn't gotten to the first floor double rooms yet. It was a hassle trying to figure out how we were going to keep the windows from opening the first night and a double hassle waiting for the maintenance person to come fix it the next day. Took a lot of time away from my family being together and added unneeded stress. Would not stay here again.

Great size room for a weekend getaway, close to fwy access and gas stations! Hot water and air conditioning is amazing!

Overall, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It’s a nice enough place, but don’t expect any extras. Amenities are extremely basic and cheap. (Meaning shampoo, towel quality, soap etc) but for the price, I was very happy with the quality of the room. And again, the bed was very comfortable, so that was a huge plus for me.

This property allows loud guests, and has zero handle on their hotel. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Need to seriously consider if I want to stay at this hotel.

Late arrival. They were very accommodating. The hotel is on a busy street, and noisy.
