We are frequent visitors to Wisc Dells. This was our first time at Great Wolf Lodge. We had a great time. They had so many family friendly events. We will definitely stay again. The only thing we would change is how warm the indoor water parks were:)

This was my daughter and I's first stay at Great Wolf. We are happy with our stay. We chose a kid cabin room with me staying in the cabin so we could share a room without her having to listen to me snore. The beds in the kid cabin are a bit difficult to get out of easily if one chooses this option, but it can help save money over getting a couple rooms next to one another. Food options were awesome. The bedding could have been a bit cleaner. Unfortunately my daughter didn't have the energy to explore the Waterpark but we plan on doing that the next time around. Great activities for kids!

Absolutely love everytime i have stayed at Great Wolf. Just did our 12 yr olds birthday their and they had the time of their lives with friends. Staff are amazing.

I like it’s water park

Very loud until 11:30 at night. Needs updating.

Kids had a great time; felt they nickel and dime you. You pay for daily parking, plus $100/day hold and the food (even fast food) is very expensive. I liked the variety of pools, wristbands made it easy so you didn’t have to carry a wallet around. Overall positive, just prepare to pay theme park prices, and know the ere are several additional charges that aren’t obvious when you book.

long check in lines. Front lobby crowded with activities when trying to move luggage to the room. Main elevator was in the central part and service elevators not available and closer to rooms

The price for the stay was definitely overpriced for the outdated rooms and facility. We attempted the indoor waterpark, but that only lasted a few minutes because the chemicals burned our eyes just walking through. If I was to do this trip over again, I would just book a regular hotel, we spent most of our stay exploring the tourist attractions anyway.

Place was nice though expensive. We were not aware that they charged $15 per night to park. We will not be back because of this.

The staff is not enthusistic to assst you, they have maximum occupancy and hence don't care, my bath tub was clogged , they sent someone later and the guy was not even interested to solve the problem, hurrying through and half hearted job, but on my insistance he satyed little longer and brought different set of tools and removes a large chunk of hair, don't know how the previous guest even took a shower with tub clogged, very bad service.

The room was clean staff was friendly however the people above were very loud it was hard to enjoy the room or get a good night’s rest.

Paying for parking in a Midwest small town told me how greedy this company is. This ain’t Chicago or NYC They had “shows” in the grand lobby where all enter and walk around, that same area the families sat on that floor… gross! But they had yoga mats for the yoga session????the elderly could not sit down on the floor and get back up. Only seating was for small children. They assumed grandparents were not around? Never saw a hand sanitizer station in the entire building. Bathroom was tiny in our rooms and even the large hotel restrooms were huge but getting into them with elongated toilets and the door you had to shimmy around to shut the door. No way two people could ever get in together. So much for helping a small child use it! Food sucked! Was expensive not worth it! Employees were great and helpful
