Second stay. Still love the quirky Sheep theme. Clean, comfortable and large room. Huge bathroom, with bath. Walkable to lots of eateries. Definitely stay again, and definitely recommend.

A really nice place to stay when visiting Dubbo. The room was large, the bed super comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size with a good shower. Good amenities provided and appreciated having a microwave in the room. Very friendly and obliging staff on reception. Good options for food nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

A really nice place to stay when visiting Dubbo. The room was large, the bed super comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size with a good shower. The beds were so hard and lumpy it was like a true shearers cot. The road on cobra st was very noisy. We left a night early because it was so bad.

A large and comfortable room and they came to clean daily. A good price. Reception was incredibly smokey and the motel is on a main road so sleeping was difficult as it was very noisy.

The room was really nice, the floor and the bathroom were clean which was impressive, The booking system and the updates were great till check-in. The linen was clean, and I could smell the freshness which was fantastic.
Here’s what I found, the plates, cups and the cutlery were dusty the kettle had water when I got it out of the cupboard which means its was not emptied or cleaned by room services.
The only staff member I interacted with was the receptionist, she was very professional and didn’t find her to be warm or welcoming (Genuine feedback for improvement).

The location is also convenient however because it is on the main road there was noise from the traffic. Also, I was easily able to hear the tv from the room next door. I used a white noise app on my phone though so it didn’t worry me. The rooms have been updated however the bathroom was still dated and needed some maintenance attention. Regardless of that, it was super clean.

Not very impressed that we were not given the room configuration that was shown in the pictures. I was unexpectedly put in the hospital and selected this room for my family (who had to come with me) because of it's room configuration.
Had we known this was not what we would receive, we would of went elsewhere
