Great location, centrally located in the heart of old San Salvador. It has good security, and the parking area was secure, a short two blocks away. I'm glad I chose this hotel in spite of it but quite meeting my expectations.
Communication was difficult since none of the staff knew any English.
There was no daily service, I had to empty my own garbage bin.
Room was very small, and the bed way to soft for me.
A fridge would have been helpful, but I was able to keep medication in the fridge at reception.

This hotel is located in the Historic Center, obviously is a lot movement by there. Construction and upgrades, that is good. The hotel is a secure & safe place. Staff are amazing.

WiFi was inaccessible for the length of our stay. TVs would not work without WiFi access.
Shower had hot water option, but it was a tiny stream out of the shower head due to extremely low water pressure.
I had to ask to mop the floor since floor was dusty and the staff was accommodating.
I would give the hotel a seven out of ten, this due to the proximity to San Salvador’s historic center and their National Library, which opens 24/7, 365 days.

The property doesn’t have parking in premises, you have to park about 5 blocks from it, no security in the parking lot, the one person in the parking was no where to be found when we went to get our car out. The picture show is not the hotel. The lady at the front desk and the security guard nice ladies/ sorry not recommendable

Cordial staff/security. Was able to get a good night sleep throughout my stay. Clean room,bathroom. Liked the fact that I could open the door to the balcony and watch people go about their business every morning.

I was impressed for the costumer service since the security and the receptionist they’re amazing they helped me all the time and the room was clean

The staff was not friendly. The toilet had not been cleaned. There was No toilet paper. The only one that was nice was the security lady. Very attentive

The room was for four people and they only gave me two towels. I ask for the fourth one and they would charge me $5.00 for each additional towel.The room was dirty when I got the room. The toilet paper are small and I ask for more and they never replaced it.
