Very quiet and relaxing stay. Beds were super comfy. Close to the train station, easy walk. Check in and out was a breeze. Only 1 problem wasn’t a major issue…..didn’t like that to keep our bedroom door closed was a piece of sticky tape.

Had everything we needed for a short stay with the little kitchen and facilities. The heating was amazing - I was worried we would be cold but not at all.

Trying to book in was a nightmare due to empty office during day when it was supposed to be attended 9am to 5pm.. both staff having a lunch hour at same time it seemed when we dropped by to organise late checkin due to working commitments.... then trying to organise a late check-in by phone contact when their phone system wasn't working caused huge inconvenience also. Very unprofessional. The bed was atrocious... small double bed which had large sinking dip in middle and impossible for 2 adults to sleep comfortably on. Husband had to sleep on the couch for the 3 night stay. Never had to do this at any other accommodation ever!. Replace your beds! Shower head was old and faulty and needs replacing. General facilities in cabin otherwise were ok. Good working fridge, tv, airconditioner and easy parking outside cabin. Won't be staying here again unless cabins improved.

It’s very nice for adults however, we didn’t have much to do with kids there. Not much kids stuff around, too many cars passing at the front, couldn’t find a big running area safe for kids in the holiday park.

Clean and modern, had everything I needed for a short stay. No cooking facilities or crockery in the studio, aside from tea/coffee making facilities, however there is a communal kitchen not far away. This was great value for money. The check in was easy, and the staff were very friendly.

This was your first time staying at Ingenia Holidays Nepean River It was way better than we expected It was incredibly clean well maintained, and the staff were all very very friendly and helpful It was also quite close to the Nepean Riverwalk Which made it very easy to have a productive and carefree morning We will definitely be staying again
