First room heat/cool air wouldn't change mood or shut off; second room same problem but I was able to turn it off. Rooms here only have a TV, bed and ironing stuff not the normal stuff I am use too. This place will never be on my list of places to stay again.

There was a urine spot on the supposedly clean bed, the room reeked of mildew, breakfast was disgusting and they kept running out of stuff.

Overall a good stay. Breakfast on the other hand was awful. Cold eggs, dry hard sausage. Just not many options. Even hard to just get coffee. It's listed as free but we all know it's built into the booking price

The staff was great.. the room was ok. The refrigerator went out the 2nd night we were there. I had to kill 2 little roaches in the bathroom the first night. It was clean other wise of those things..

The property smelled nice when we walked in. Everything looked clean and in good condition. We came in late in the afternoon to drop off our things and turn on the AC. We came back to the room late evening then noticed that the AC was not cooling. We had already unpacked everything so we asked for a fan. It was a miserable night!

The outside was very nice and the pool area and the parking but the customer service was not very friendly and the breakfast could have been better .

I had a nice, clean room. Easily accessed via the ferry. The bed was great, i got some good rest.

The Hotel was not a bad place but the staff were unprofessional not a really good job on customer service. They didn’t clean our rooms after we came back. Me and my kids wanted to go to the pool but the pool looked very dirty and did not go in.

There were a lot of cockroaches, they don't do daily cleaning to take out the garbage although they had told me that if they didn't do it, the women at the reception are not friendly, they don't say hello and one of them is very rude.

For the amount of money the room cost, I expected it to at least have a fridge. Traveling with my toddler was way harder having no where to store anything like food or snacks.

Microtel has really gone downhill. I’ve been staying there for 15 years. It was my go to every time I went to Aransas Pass. My room had cockroaches, doorframes are peeling with rust, the carpet was stained and had gum or something stuck in it in multiple places. The other guests were unsavory types. Very disappointed. My biggest grievance was they got rid of the Texas shaped waffle maker.

Hotel was better than expected for what we paid for but can use some updating especially in the bathroom door the trimming shower and racks were really rusty and needed attention and floor needed cleanin we were able to wash our clothes and although the dryer wasnt drying she allowed me to use their dryers and brrakfast was great and pool was very clean
... but like i mentioned the hotel and room was better than expected

The breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable and the show was so inviting.
Only problem was noise from the people next door and upstairs.
