The breakfast section at restaurant zing was terrible, I asked for something written on board as today’s special, they wiped it & said it was from yesterday and then found mite in dry fruits, when I complained about it, they took my plate unapologetically & didn’t even bothered to change the dry fruits present at buffet table

It is a relatively new hotel with spacious rooms. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive and courteous. The only irritant is the constant x ray requirement of small bags and purses every time you enter the hotel after a trip out.

Everything was very good. Staff are really swesome. Although the hotel was very busy with weddings, staff go extra mile to give a fantastic service. Manav at reception and Coach Munavver are excellent along with all the other staff. Amazing food options and restaurant staff are truly amazing.

The hotel , the hotel staff and the service was incredible. I was impressed with the level of friendliness and the quality of service the staff provided. Ajay Singh , from housekeeping, Mritunjay from in room dining, Suhail and Himanshi, from the front desk were just star players. They made our stay a pleasant one. Me, my wife and daughter were truly blown away by the level of service the hotel staff had provided..
We had a great experience with our stay at this hotel and looking forward to come back again.
